Fit to Drink?
An example of the type of water people coming from Mexico are forced to drink as they cross the desert. Often taken from cattle tanks, mud puddles, or stagnant pools, this water causes deadly problems in the forms of vomiting, parasites, or diarrhea.

Red Bull
These cans are from a single rest area. Red Bull gives folks temporary energy during their journey, but presents more problems--dehydration, energy 'crashes', increased heart rate, and increased risk for injury, as people move at speeds beyond their ability.
